Sometimes organizers take a little longer to respond, especially close to an event. Here are a few things that can help.
Try the contact info on the event page
Make sure you are using the contact method the organizer published on the event page. That is usually the fastest way to get a reply.
For refund requests
If you already submitted a refund request from your ticket page, it is visible to the organizer on their side. You don't need to message them separately for it.
If it is related to a platform issue
If your question is about checkout, payment, your account, or a missing ticket, we can help directly. Send us a message with the email you used and the event name, and we will look into it.
