Organizers can choose to display their contact information or social links directly on their event page. If it is there, you can reach out to them through the link they shared.
If contact info is not on the event page
If the organizer did not make their contact info public, we are not able to share private organizer details from our side. We respect their privacy on this.
If your question is about a refund
Refund requests can be submitted directly from your ticket page. Once submitted, the request is visible to the organizer on their side, so they already have what they need to review it.
