If the door team tells you your ticket has already been scanned, it means the QR code on the ticket has already been used to enter the event.
What usually causes this
You or someone in your group entered the venue earlier with the same ticket
The ticket was shared with another person and they used it first
The QR was scanned by mistake at the door without you actually entering
What to do at the door
Let the door team know right away so they can check with the organizer or look you up by name. If you had multiple tickets in the same order, make sure you are showing the correct one.
After the event
If something went wrong with the scan and you were not let in, send us a message with the event name and your order email and we will help look into what happened.
