Being denied entry is frustrating, especially after making the trip. Here is how it works on our side.
What Trybe can confirm
If your ticket was valid and scanned at the entrance, that part is recorded on our side. We can confirm whether the ticket was used or not.
What is handled by the event team
Anything related to door decisions, wristbands, re entry, dress code, age verification, or capacity is handled directly by the event team on site. We don't have visibility or control over those calls.
How to follow up
This type of situation has to be raised with the organizer directly. If they have published contact info on the event page, you can reach out to them there. We can also submit a refund request from your ticket page, but the final decision stays with the organizer if the event went ahead as planned π
