If you no longer want to use Trybe, you can have your account deactivated.
How to request it
Send us a message from the email linked to your Trybe account asking us to deactivate or delete it. We may send a verification code to that email to make sure the request is coming from you, then take care of it from our side.
What happens to your tickets
If you have upcoming tickets, let us know in the same message whether you want to keep access to them before the account is deactivated, or if you would like to handle those first.
What about past data
Once deactivated, your profile is no longer visible to other attendees and your information is removed from active use on the platform π€
