If you see a charge from Trybe on your card but you did not complete the purchase, here is what is going on.
Pending holds vs real charges
When you attempt a payment, your bank sometimes places a temporary hold on the amount to make sure it is available. If the payment is declined or blocked, no actual charge is made. The hold simply drops off after a few days.
What to do
Give it a few business days. The hold should disappear on its own. If it is still there after a week, contact your bank, since the release happens on their side.
If you actually got charged
If you see a real completed charge but no ticket, send us a message with the email you used and we will look into it right away.
