If you received the verification code, entered it, and the checkout still won't move forward, here is what is most likely happening.
Try a different browser or device
This is the fastest fix in most cases. Open the event link in a different browser or on your phone, and start the checkout again.
Make sure you are using the same email
The code is tied to the email you entered. If you switch emails between requesting the code and entering it, it will not validate.
The code expired
Codes are valid for a short window. If too much time passed, request a new one and try again right away.
