If your payment isn't going through, it usually means it was blocked by the payment system for security reasons. No ticket gets created when this happens.

Payment systems block transactions when something looks off, like a mismatch between the card details and the billing info, or a flag from your bank. It is not personal, it happens all the time.
Will the amount come back to my card?
Sometimes the amount appears as a pending hold on your bank side, but no actual charge was made. The hold usually drops off automatically within a few days.
What to try
Try again with the correct billing information
Try a different card or another payment method
If you were using Apple Pay or Google Pay, try entering the card manually instead
If it still does not go through after that, send us a message with the email you were using and we will check what happened on our side.
