If your order shows fewer tickets than you expected, here is what is most likely happening.
Some tickets are bundled
Certain tickets are sold as a pack. For example, a couple ticket covers two people, so if you bought one couple ticket, you actually have access for two.
To know how many people a ticket covers, open the order on your tickets page and check the description of each ticket type.
You bought less than you thought
Sometimes the quantity at checkout was set to 1 instead of the number you expected. Open the order to confirm the quantity.
