Submit a refund request
The first step is to submit a refund request directly from the ticket page in your account. Once submitted, it becomes visible to the organizer.
The decision stays with the organizer
If the ticket is non refundable and the event is going ahead as planned, the final decision is with the organizer. We can flag the situation, but we cannot force a refund.
Can the ticket be moved to another event?
Tickets are tied to the specific event they were bought for, so we cannot move a ticket from one event to another. If you would like to attend a different event, the best option is to wait for the organizer to review your refund request, then purchase the new ticket separately.
