If you completed a purchase but cannot find the ticket, here are the most common reasons and how to fix them.
Check your confirmation email
The confirmation email arrives within a few minutes. Check your inbox, and also check your spam or promotions folder just in case.
You might be logged in with a different account
The most common reason is that the email used at checkout is different from the email on your Trybe account. Tickets always go to the email used at checkout. If you have two emails, log out and log back in with the one you used to pay.
