Once you complete a purchase, your tickets are available right away. Here is where to find them.
Three ways to access your tickets
Check your confirmation email. Your tickets are linked there and you can open them with one tap.
Log in to your Trybe account and go to your tickets section. Every ticket you have ever purchased is listed there.
If you bought through a link from a friend or social media, the tickets still show up in the account you used at checkout.
Where is the QR code?
Open the ticket and the QR code shows up at the top of the page. That is what gets scanned at the door.
Can't find your ticket?
Sometimes people check out with a different email than the one on their Trybe account. If that is the case, send us a message with both emails and we will link the ticket to the right account for you 🤍
