If an event is cancelled, Trybe steps in directly to handle refunds. You do not need to chase the organizer.
What we do
When an event is officially cancelled, we process refunds back to the original payment method used at checkout. You should receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
How long it takes
Refunds usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
If you did not receive the refund
If your event was cancelled and you have not received a refund within 10 business days, send us a message with your order email and the event name, and we will look into it right away 🤍
