If your refund request was not approved, it is because the organizer reviewed it and decided not to issue a refund based on the ticket policy.
Why this happens
Tickets are usually marked as non refundable when the organizer sets up the event. If the event took place as planned, the organizer has the final say on whether to make an exception.
Trybe steps in directly only when the event is cancelled, not happening, or if there is a clear platform issue. In all other cases, the decision stays with the organizer.
If you would like to follow up
If the organizer has published contact information on their event page, you can reach out to them there to explain your situation. We are not able to share private organizer contact details from our side, but your refund request is already visible to them.
We know this is not always the answer people are hoping for. Thanks for understanding π
