Once your refund is approved, the next step depends on your bank.

For most cards, the refund shows up within 5 to 10 business days after it has been processed. Some banks are faster, some take a bit longer.

If you paid with a wallet like Apple Pay or Google Pay, the refund goes back to the card linked to that wallet, on the same schedule.

First, check your bank statement carefully, since some refunds appear under the original transaction date rather than today's date.

If you still can't find it after 10 business days, send us a message with your order email and we will look into it from our side right away.
