It happens. If you submitted a refund request by accident and want to keep your ticket, here is what to do.
If the refund has not been processed yet
Reach out to us as soon as possible. If the request is still pending and has not been approved or processed by the organizer, we can usually help you cancel it from our side and keep your ticket active.
If the refund has already been processed
Once a refund has been issued and the money has been returned to your card, the ticket is no longer valid. To attend the event, you would need to purchase a new ticket if there are still spots available.
