You can request a refund directly from your Trybe account. Here is how.
Step by step
Log in to your Trybe account
Go to your tickets and open the order for the event you want to refund
Look for the refund request option on the ticket page
Confirm the request
Once submitted, the request goes straight to the organizer. They will review it and decide whether to approve or decline based on the ticket policy.
What happens next
If your event was cancelled, refunds are processed automatically by Trybe.
If your event is happening and the ticket is non refundable, the decision stays with the organizer.
If approved, the refund usually appears back on your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank.
