When your event sells out, attendees can join a waitlist on the event page.
Where to see your waitlist
Open your event from the dashboard and you will see the list of people who joined the waitlist, in order.
Releasing spots
If tickets free up (for example after a refund), you can release them to the next people on the waitlist. Depending on your settings, this can be automatic or manual.
Removing someone from the waitlist
Right now, attendees can't remove themselves from the waitlist directly. If someone asks to be taken off, send us their email or remove them from your side if the option is available, and we can help if needed 🙏
