If something went wrong on our side that affected your attendees, we will sometimes refund the service fees from Trybe directly to keep the experience clean.
When this happens
If there was a platform issue, a payment hiccup, or a flow problem that impacted a group of buyers, send us the list of affected emails and we will review the transactions and process the service fee refunds.
What you need to do
Nothing on your side. We handle the refund on the Trybe portion. Your organizer revenue is not impacted by service fee refunds.
How to flag it to us
Send us a message with the event name, the date or time window of the issue, and ideally the emails of attendees who reached out about it.
