When an attendee submits a refund request, it appears in your event dashboard for you to review.
Where to find requests
Go to your event in the dashboard. You will see a section listing all refund requests submitted by attendees, with the ability to approve or decline each one.
How the decision is made
If the ticket was sold as non refundable and the event is happening as planned, the final call is yours. You can choose to approve as a goodwill gesture, or decline if it doesn't fit your policy.
When Trybe steps in
If the event is cancelled, not happening, or there is a clear payment or platform issue, Trybe handles those refunds directly. You don't need to do anything for those.
If you want to refund a service fee
Service fees go to Trybe, not to you. If you'd like the fee refunded as well for a specific case, send us a message and we will take care of that side from our end.
