If you set up a ticket but it is not showing on your event page, the most likely reason is that it is set to invisible.

Open the ticket settings from your event dashboard and toggle visibility on. Save, and the ticket appears on the public page right away.

If the ticket is meant only for door sales via TrybePass, you can leave it invisible on the public page and only sell it on site through the TrybePass link.

Sometimes the toggle is in a different spot depending on the ticket type. Send us a quick message and we will make it visible for you 🙂
