It happens. Sometimes a guest shows up without their QR code, or their email got lost.

Manual check in from the scanner

Open the same scan link your door team uses. Inside the scanner, there is a search option where you can look up the guest by name or email and check them in manually.

If they say they bought but you can't find them

Ask which email or phone number they used at checkout. Sometimes guests pay with one email and try to log in with another, so the spelling or domain might be different. If you still can't find them, send us a quick message with the event name and the guest details and we will check on our side right away πŸ™
