You can create as many ticket types as you need for your event.

General admission, VIP, early bird, group passes, table reservations, and so on. Each ticket type has its own price, quantity, and visibility settings.

When you create a ticket, you decide whether it is refundable or non refundable. Non refundable tickets cannot be refunded once purchased unless you choose to approve a specific refund request later.

If you want one ticket to cover more than one person (like a couple or group package), set that up directly in the ticket settings. Make sure the description clearly mentions how many people the ticket covers, so attendees know what they are buying.
