Sharing the scan link with your team
From your event dashboard, grab the scan link and share it with anyone helping at the door. The link opens directly to the scanner, so your bouncer or check in team can start scanning right away without creating an account.
How a scan works
The person at the door opens the link, scans the QR code on the guest's ticket, and the system shows right away whether the ticket is valid, already scanned, or invalid.
If a guest doesn't have a QR code
From the same page, your door staff can search the guest by name or email and check them in manually.
